well i guess you can just make new layers for each picture & lower the fill or opacity of the layer. not completely sure though.

no not the burts, just making the pictures fade like that and one that looks normal. lol

oh ok it's fine..i know i see people with layout things like that and i want to do it with my xs..but i'll try and ask around.

yeah it only worked on the white part for me as well.
like the pix i did with joe jonas..i just got a background from photoshop and saved it as a pattern.
and just added the white burst.

i tried messing with photoshop & bursts but i can't seem to do it.

i put a burst & then applied a pattern to it. but that only worked on the white part of the burst. so i honestly don't know.. "/

well, it's suppose to be dark except for the center, which has a circle of light.
just like in my step 5 screenshot.
